Ivy Farm Decision on hold

The decision on a planning application for 52 homes at Ivy Farm, East Malling is on hold. Traffic surveys submitted by the Parish Council are being considered and early indications on an air quality assessment are that this may be of sufficient concern to indicate designation of HIgh Street and Chapel Street as an Air Quality Management Area.
A decision is not now expected until this March at the earliest.
